In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of product lifecycle management (PLM) projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer value realization. You will manage medium- to large-scale projects, balancing schedule, scope, quality, and financial outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and customers. The position requires coordination across sales, services, and program management teams to drive seamless implementation and adoption of PLM solutions. You will proactively manage risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure that agreed-upon KPIs are achieved. Accountabilities Manage all stages and lifecycles of PLM implementations, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective or preventive actions as necessary. Establish and maintain clear communication plans with stakeholders, providing progress updates and escalation procedures. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring successful completion and customer satisfaction. Lead project change management processes, including documenting changes, evaluating impacts, and supporting procurement. Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions to inform continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and services teams to identify additional opportunities and drive customer value realization. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or PLM project management. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience; Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, or equivalent) preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project. Experience managing project budgets, resource utilization, and financial forecasting. Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, or similar iterative methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple complex projects. Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
