As a Platform Product Manager, you will lead critical initiatives that directly impact developer adoption and internal platform efficiency. You will own large-scale migrations as products themselves, designing seamless experiences that minimize disruption while maximizing adoption. Collaborating across security, infrastructure, and engineering teams, you will coordinate complex dependencies, advocate for developer needs, and define clear success metrics. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Own the end-to-end platform migration program, guiding both rapid discovery sprints and long-term execution of adoption strategies. Define and manage the migration roadmap, set success metrics such as adoption velocity and risk reduction, and produce supporting resources including documentation, communication plans, and support playbooks. Serve as the voice of internal developers, understanding pain points and designing solutions that respect existing workflows. Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning security, CI/CD platforms, cloud infrastructure, and customer groups to align priorities and dependencies. Communicate progress clearly to executive leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable insights. Identify risks, surface blockers, and proactively propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Candidates should have: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in internal platforms, infrastructure, or developer tools. Strong understanding of modern development practices, including containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Experience with security vulnerability management (CVEs) is a plus. Proven ability to influence and align large, cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority. Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for action, capable of navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts effectively to both engineers and executives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with specialized training and progressively responsible work experience in technology compensating for degree requirements if needed.
