This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Peoplesoft Project Manager in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of comprehensive PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for public sector clients. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with federal regulations. This position provides exposure to complex ERP environments, opportunities to mentor and guide project teams, and the ability to directly influence successful technology adoption and client satisfaction. Accountabilities As a Peoplesoft Project Manager, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional, technical, and change management resources. Oversee the end-to-end implementation or enhancement of PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM modules, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Manage system configuration, data migration, and integration between PeopleSoft and third-party or legacy systems. Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensure compliance, and maintain thorough project documentation. Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption for users. Candidates should have: U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in a project management role. At least 5 years leading full lifecycle PeopleSoft FSCM implementations (v9.2 experience required). 2+ years consulting experience with public sector clients. Experience managing technical teams ranging from 1–20 consultants. PMP certification preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel, with an ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
