We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead cloud-based Oracle implementation projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, resources, and risks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stakeholder communication, facilitating workshops, and providing guidance to team members. Travel up to 50% may be required. \n Accountabilities: Lead Oracle Cloud ERP projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, cost, risk, and quality management strategies. Maintain oversight of project schedules, resources, and budgets, facilitating timely decisions and risk mitigation. Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, managing change requests, and obtaining approvals. Facilitate communication across project teams and provide updates to Program Managers and Project Sponsors. Conduct project reviews, workshops, and sign-off sessions to validate requirements and deliverables. Mentor team members and promote best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing project environment. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of Oracle project management experience, including 2–3 full-cycle, multi-pillar ERP projects. 3–5 years of consulting experience in ERP or technology projects. Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
