This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Sitetracker Operations - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evolution and optimization of the Sitetracker ecosystem, driving large-scale fiber construction and OSP deployment. Your expertise will ensure that Sitetracker functions effectively, serving as a true operational engine that advances predictable, data-driven execution across construction programs. As the deployment volume continues to grow, you will build structure and ownership around the Sitetracker platform to accommodate increasing complexity. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on operational strategy and long-term scalability. \n Accountabilities Serve as primary platform owner for Sitetracker across OSP construction programs Define and maintain platform roadmap aligned to business growth and operational needs Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability across markets and project types Establish governance around configuration, enhancements, and release management Maintain alignment between Sitetracker architecture and evolving business processes Build and manage a high-performing Sitetracker platform team Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development to team members Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for senior stakeholders Drive disciplined execution against roadmap commitments and enhancement timelines Identify and prioritize platform enhancements to improve efficiency Requirements Five to eight (5–8) years of experience in systems, PMO operations, telecom infrastructure, or related environments Experience administering or supporting Sitetracker, Salesforce, or similar project platforms Strong understanding of project-based workflows and operational reporting needs Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Direct experience with Sitetracker platform configuration or administration (preferred) Experience supporting OSP fiber construction or infrastructure deployment (preferred) Benefits Excellent Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement 401(k) Savings Plan Generous paid time off policy including paid parental leave \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
