This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager in the United States. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of business owners, helping drive sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability. You will leverage financial data, KPIs, and business management tools to provide actionable insights and coaching that improve performance and long-term success. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide franchisees or small business operators through all stages of their business lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand standards and adoption of best practices. This position blends relationship management, financial acumen, and operational expertise to influence business outcomes positively. Travel is required for field visits, and remote work is possible depending on location. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success. \n Accountabilities: Serve as a trusted advisor and business coach to assigned franchisees or operators, building strong, trust-based relationships Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability Conduct regular business reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations Guide and monitor operational excellence, including sales performance, marketing execution, and service delivery Lead franchisees through onboarding, launch, and ongoing development, tailoring coaching to business maturity and growth stage Ensure alignment with brand standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements Identify trends, risks, and best practices, sharing insights internally to improve systems, tools, and processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in franchise support, multi-unit operations, or small business management Strong financial acumen and experience analyzing P&L statements, balance sheets, and KPIs Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop business owners or multi-unit operators Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt coaching strategies to diverse profiles Proficiency with CRM platforms and business management tools; advanced Excel skills preferred Ability to travel 20-25% of the time and work remotely or in a hybrid model where applicable Benefits: Competitive base salary range: $97,000 – $108,000 annually, based on experience and location Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental life insurance options Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) 401(k) retirement plan with company match 10 paid holidays and open time off policy to support work-life balance Volunteer hours with paid company support for community involvement Career development and growth opportunities \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
