The Operations Data Visualization and Analytics Engineer III will design, implement, and maintain database, ETL, and BI solutions, ensuring scalable and efficient reporting across the organization. Accountabilities Develop scalable, department-wide database and ETL solutions to support reporting and analytics needs. Design, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights. Transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into effective visualizations and executive-level reports. Conduct root cause analyses to answer critical business questions and provide actionable recommendations. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual workflows. Participate in cross-functional projects involving large-scale data transformation and visualization efforts. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and perform testing and validation of solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years of experience with ETL, BI, and database solutions. Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL, SSIS, Power BI; experience with DevOps and CI/CD is a plus. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred: relevant healthcare or healthcare operations experience and certifications in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Databricks, Data Engineering, Power BI, or Python.
