Our partner is looking for a Networking Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist based in the United States. This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates located in selected U.S. states. \n Accountabilities: Apply advanced knowledge and experience in networking, technical services, and systems integration to address complex technology requirements. Evaluate technical information, identify relevant factors, and use sound judgment to determine effective courses of action. Analyze and resolve problems across a diverse range of technical situations, developing creative solutions and recommending alternative approaches where appropriate. Support the integration of networking and technology services while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and business outcomes. Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, including partners who may not have deep technical expertise in the subject area. Build and strengthen professional relationships across teams and organizations, adapting communication and collaboration styles to different audiences. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on challenging matters, helping stakeholders understand options, implications, and appropriate solutions. Work independently on assigned objectives, maintaining accountability for deliverables and performance while seeking input or review at key milestones. Contribute to team objectives and influence short- to medium-term technology goals through strong technical execution and collaboration. Continuously develop technical knowledge and expertise to support evolving networking, integration, and technology requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a seasoned technical professional with strong knowledge of networking, technical services, systems integration, or a closely related field. Comprehensive understanding of the relevant technical area, with the ability to apply established knowledge to complex and varied situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience evaluating multiple factors and developing practical, creative solutions. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and select appropriate technical approaches with limited day-to-day supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience interacting with senior internal or external partners and influencing decisions through clear recommendations and effective communication. Ability to adapt communication and collaboration styles to different audiences and work effectively outside your immediate area of expertise. Strong organizational skills and accountability for individual targets, deliverables, and outcomes. Ability to work independently while recognizing appropriate points for collaboration, escalation, and review. A growth-oriented mindset with an interest in continuously developing technical skills and preparing for future responsibilities.
