This role is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about turning complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance organizational performance. The Network Data & Insights Analyst will develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that inform strategic, clinical, and operational decision-making. Leveraging predictive analytics and AI, this position identifies trends, anticipates risks, and highlights opportunities to optimize efficiency and service quality. The analyst will work closely with business intelligence teams and leaders across departments to ensure accurate, accessible, and high-quality data drives informed decisions. This role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration to strengthen data-informed strategies across the organization. Accountabilities · Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that support strategic, clinical, and operational goals. · Analyze data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend process improvements that enhance organizational performance. · Collaborate with business intelligence, clinical, and operational teams to define reporting requirements, validate data, and support the design of analytics tools. · Support monitoring and improvement of KPIs, quality measures, and funder reporting. · Identify risks to data quality and integrity, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability. · Maintain a centralized inventory of reporting logic and documentation to promote transparency, consistency, and reliability. · Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to automate reporting, enhance insights, and enable proactive decision-making. · Contribute to initiatives and projects that strengthen operational processes and technology adoption across teams. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance improvement; healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred. · Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management skills including Excel and SQL. · Ability to translate business and clinical needs into actionable reports and insights. · Knowledge of data quality assurance methods and strong analytical problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders. · Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights. · Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. · Collaborative mindset with sensitivity to working with ethnically, culturally, and linguistically diverse populations. · Commitment to organizational values and discretion when handling confidential information. · Ability to obtain and maintain necessary employment and background clearances (DOJ/FBI, Office of Inspector General).
