In this role, you will be essential in fostering strong connections with Strategic Account Organizations and Reseller Partners. You will discover sales opportunities and develop strategies that drive success in the market. By focusing on relationship-based selling, you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer goals. Your contributions will significantly impact revenue growth and enhance our partner's brand presence in the digital dentistry space. \n Accountabilities Be an expert on the product and sales strategy, focusing on achieving sales targets and revenue growth. Analyze the performance of strategic accounts to achieve revenue goals. Act as a trusted business advisor with a customer-centric consultative selling approach. Lead Strategic Account Planning and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and address challenges. Develop and implement plans to maximize product exposure and education. Establish the sales initiation and offering strategy with a focus on ROI and adoption. Represent the brand maintaining strong product knowledge and driving sales. Identify opportunities to enhance brand identity while focusing on customer satisfaction. Conduct business analysis to discover growth opportunities. Provide feedback on product and market performance to senior management. Create meaningful sales plans targeting goal achievement. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Devices, or a related field. 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the dental or medical device industry. Strong dealer partner network with an understanding of clinical workflows. Proven leadership experience managing a team and leading projects. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Ability to develop strategic account plans based on customer value propositions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for executive audiences. In-depth understanding of oral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, and digital dentistry products/software. Experience in or with global organizations. Located within the US Central/West Area; this is a remote role. Willingness to travel domestically and some internationally: up to 40%.
