In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming the mobile gaming landscape by managing live operations and content updates. Your expertise will drive player engagement and retention, shaping the future of web3 gaming. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional live events, integrate innovative technologies, and develop monetization strategies that resonate with diverse player segments. \n Accountabilities Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of live events, promotions, and content updates. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Coordinate with development, design, marketing, and community teams for successful implementation. Continuously iterate and improve live operations processes for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with development to integrate web3 features and ensure secure player experiences. Develop monetization strategies and monitor player behavior for tailored retention strategies. Drive player acquisition and re-engagement campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Requirements 8+ years of experience in mobile game live operations with a proven track record. Experience with Free to Play, web3, and blockchain integration is highly preferred. Strong understanding of mobile gaming market, player behavior, and monetization strategies. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
