This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mid-level Technical Product Manager in the United States. As a Mid-level Technical Product Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and product initiatives across technology teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires balancing technical understanding with business insight, providing guidance on solutions while driving product improvements and innovation. You will manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, communicating project progress, risks, and opportunities. Your work ensures successful project outcomes and enhances the overall efficiency and quality of product delivery. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work across distributed teams while maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders. Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading all aspects of projects, including large-scale initiatives or significant components of complex programs. Analyzing project challenges and developing innovative technical and operational solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives. Communicating project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders. Ensuring project outcomes align with customer needs and organizational goals. Driving continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management, project management, or a related role. Proven ability to lead large projects or significant project segments successfully. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience using project management tools and methodologies. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in software development or technology industry, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of product lifecycle management principles. Preferred: Certification in project or product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner). US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
