This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Atlantic Operations Manager based in United States. This role oversees regional operations and service delivery across multiple states within a fast-growing communications and security services environment. You’ll lead distributed teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and reliable support. The position combines people leadership, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll use KPIs and operational data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and translate insights into measurable results. The role also requires effective resource planning across labor, budgets, inventory, and operational priorities. As a regional leader, you’ll influence teams across functions while standardizing best practices and supporting broader business initiatives. This is a remote position with travel as needed and a strong focus on service, teamwork, growth, and safety. \n Accountabilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring timely, accurate, efficient service delivery and strong customer operational support. Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and regional team members, establishing clear expectations and supporting performance, engagement, and professional growth. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and standardizing effective practices across the region. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve service quality, operational efficiency, team performance, and customer outcomes. Partner with Sales, Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to address customer needs, resolve escalations, and improve end-to-end workflows. Plan and manage the allocation and utilization of labor, budgets, and other operational resources to meet customer and business objectives. Collaborate with other regional operations leaders to maintain alignment, share operational insights, and support regional and company-wide initiatives. Oversee customer-facing operational functions such as service dispatching, inventory management, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and order management. Lead change management and process improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on operational consistency and service quality. Take ownership of special projects and additional operational responsibilities as required. Support direct reports and regional teams through regular travel and in-person engagement when needed. Requirements: 5+ years of leadership experience in customer operations, service delivery, project management, or a comparable operational discipline within a multi-site environment. Demonstrated experience directly managing teams responsible for customer operational functions such as service dispatching, inventory, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and order management. Proven track record of driving change management, process improvement, operational standardization, and team development. Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret operational data, manage KPIs, and convert insights into actionable strategies. Experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools; experience with Ormandy and Tableau is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and meeting business priorities. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent professional experience considered. Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, direct reports, and regional operations. Comfortable working in environments that may involve both indoor and outdoor conditions, including construction-site environments and varying weather conditions. Ability to work extended periods sitting, standing, or walking as required by operational activities. Strong commitment to service, teamwork, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Benefits: Annual salary range of $65,000–$90,000. Remote position with flexibility to work across the United States.
