This role will be pivotal in shaping the go-to-market strategies and workflows for complex healthcare solutions. You will streamline the quoting processes, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance while developing efficient workflows. Your leadership will directly impact sales effectiveness and the integration of various product lines. The role requires building strong partnerships across multiple functions, essential for achieving business objectives in both North America and global markets. \n Accountabilities Develop user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows for Medical Informatics solutions. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Oracle CPQ platform. Implement Guided Selling strategies to streamline the quotation process. Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories. Integrate input from regulatory and marketing teams to maintain accuracy. Create and maintain a CPQ product roadmap for scalable quoting and pricing. Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver seamless integration of product lines and accurate pricing configurations. Support sales with training and tools for effective quoting. Requirements BA/BS/MA with 7+ years in Healthcare / Enterprise Imaging Informatics. 7+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ or competitive CPQ platform management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience in cross-functional requirement gathering and process mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic backlog. Ability to problem solve and analyze at both strategic and tactical levels.
