In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the communication strategies and tactics for the Neurovascular Hemorrhagic Stroke business. Collaborating with a global brand management team, you will aim to enhance the customer relationship with the product portfolio through effective messaging and omnichannel plans. Your creativity and strategic vision will drive both upstream and downstream activities, ensuring that our global business remains aligned and impactful. The opportunity includes a blend of independent project management and teamwork with regional colleagues, allowing you to make significant contributions to our marketing efforts. \n Accountabilities Use competitive insights to improve communication strategy and messaging Turn value proposition into a strong message for all customer segments Write and communicate key documents: business reviews, marketing strategies, proposals and recommendations Create marketing communication strategies to enhance customer relationships Lead development and execution of the Commercialization Plan and the Annual Marketing Plan Evaluate and adjust planned communications activities for effectiveness Provide strategic communication to the sales organization through various formats Leverage customer data to provide tailored communication support Lead and execute communication strategies that drive the product strategic plan Initiate and track marketing channel strategies based on ROI Requirements Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of work experience 3+ years of Marketing Communications experience Experience in developing omnichannel communication plans Strong writing and speaking skills Benefits Competitive salary range of $102,000 - $222,300 plus bonus eligibility Flexible work arrangements (Remote or Hybrid) Professional development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
