This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute high-impact demand generation marketing programs in a fast-growing, digital-first environment. You will lead multichannel campaigns that drive inbound interest, engage prospects, and generate measurable business outcomes. Working closely with marketing and sales development partners, you will translate insights from early buyer signals into actionable campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Operating remotely, you will play a key role in scaling programs that support the organization’s growth and overall marketing strategy. Your contributions will directly impact brand awareness, lead generation, and the success of cross-functional teams. Accountabilities: Design, execute, and optimize multichannel demand generation campaigns, including paid media, email nurture, retargeting, and webinars. Collaborate with content teams to create conversion-focused marketing materials that support campaign objectives. Partner with paid media experts to bring digital marketing offers to life across channels. Develop audience segmentation strategies informed by customer personas and technology platforms. Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results. Contribute to forecasting and reporting by leveraging channel performance data. Work closely with sales development and marketing teams to improve program effectiveness and impact. Proven experience in performance or demand generation marketing, including managing multichannel campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement. Experience collaborating with content, media, and sales development teams to drive results. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
