This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Automation Operations Specialist (Seramount) in the United States. The Marketing Automation Operations Specialist will play a key role in scaling and optimizing digital marketing programs, ensuring campaigns are measurable, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives. This position involves managing marketing automation systems, integrating data across platforms, and analyzing multi-channel campaign performance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to support the team in delivering impactful marketing initiatives. Collaboration across cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and digital channels, is central to the role. Candidates should be proactive problem solvers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to drive continuous improvements in marketing operations. Remote candidates must be located in the U.S., with occasional travel to key offices. Accountabilities · Manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, program templates, and database management. · Integrate systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools to ensure accurate data flow and reporting. · Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor marketing effectiveness across web, social, paid, and email channels. · Conduct QA on campaign assets, tracking codes, UTMs, and tags to ensure error-free launches. · Maintain data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance within marketing databases. · Document processes, create playbooks, and provide operational support to digital channel managers. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze results, and drive scalable solutions. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data, IT, marketing, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics. · Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce). · Proficiency in multi-channel marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce reporting). · Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and configuring tracking codes, pixels, and UTMs. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. · Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems. · Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills. · Preferred: experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), HTML/CSS proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. · Competitive base salary: $42,000 - $62,500 per year (depending on experience and location). · Eligibility for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. · Remote work flexibility, with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents. · 20+ days PTO plus paid holidays, flextime, and community service leave. · 401(k) plan with company matching, HSA/FSA options, and commuter benefits. · Employee assistance programs, wellness initiatives, fertility/adoption support, and parental leave. · Professional development opportunities, merit-based advancement, and access to employee resource groups.
