This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Market Research-Quantitative Project Director/Sr. Project Director in New York (USA). This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute complex quantitative research projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design studies, manage fieldwork, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights. Your expertise will guide the creation of high-quality reports, toplines, and presentations, translating complex data into clear recommendations. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A focus on consumer insights and storytelling is essential, along with a solid understanding of business and market implications. Remote work within the EST time zone provides flexibility while fostering a highly collaborative virtual environment. Accountabilities • Independently manage multiple national and international quantitative research projects from start to finish. • Develop research instruments, including questionnaires and survey designs. • Oversee project fielding, ensuring high-quality data collection. • Monitor data processing, perform analysis, and proof reports and toplines. • Prepare insightful, actionable reports and presentations with clear business implications. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantitative market research; candidates with broader experience across various levels are encouraged to apply. • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. • Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. • Proficiency in report writing, PowerPoint, and presentation of complex findings. • Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. • Experience in the pharma or healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Competitive compensation. • Flexible remote work within U.S. EST time zone. • Full-time hours with potential for permanent employment. • Opportunities for professional growth and contribution to impactful research. • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
