Work collaboratively across various internal departments to drive critical improvements that increase revenue. Champion and embed cultural principles as the team scales globally. Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive and high-performing team. Requirements 8+ years of experience in a sales support or deal strategy role at a high-growth technology company. Significant experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau. Excellent communication skills at the AVP+ levels. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and overall sales technology ecosystem. Action-oriented problem solver with short timelines. Demonstrated leadership experience in driving complex execution.
