In this role, you will play a critical part in driving technical excellence and supporting the sales process. You will lead a team of sales engineers, ensuring effective pre-sales support while engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions. Your leadership will be key in aligning technical strategies with business objectives and achieving sales targets. Own the technical strategy for IAM solution delivery across the East territory. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and execute the sales engineering strategy. Build and maintain a high-performing sales engineering team. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle. Develop strong relationships with key customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide reports on sales engineering performance to senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales roles. Proven track record in leading and managing a sales engineering team. Strong technical acumen in enterprise software and IAM solutions. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in aligning technical solutions to customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
