As a Manager of Software Development, you will lead a dynamic team of software engineers, data engineers, and analysts to design and deliver innovative, large-scale technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction of multiple projects, from pricing platforms to data analytics integrations, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. You will be deeply involved in agile development processes, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across code quality, architecture, and performance.
