This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the SMB segment. The selected candidate will lead a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a fast-paced environment, focusing on the SMB and MidMarket sectors. Develop and implement new prospecting initiatives and strategies to increase deal sizes and drive more revenue. Shape the strategy and grow the Sales Development team through active recruitment, onboarding, and training. Create strategic prospecting training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on pipeline strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure buy-in and ongoing support from key stakeholders. Work with sales leadership to develop an agile organization and refine processes to achieve objectives. Requirements 2-5 years of sales experience, including at least 2+ years of management experience with SDRs/BDRs. Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management. Proven ability in prospecting across various market segments and personas. Experience in growing SDR teams is advantageous.
