In this critical role, you will lead the strategy and implementation of HR technologies, particularly focusing on Workday. Guide global HRIS project teams to deliver on strategic goals. Oversee full lifecycle of HRIS projects from planning to execution. Advise on system design and configuration for effective HCM solutions. Ensure data integrity and system security across all HRIS applications. Design and produce meaningful reports and dashboards. Act as a liaison among HR, IT, and third-party vendors. Requirements 7+ years of experience in HR technology and Workday implementation. Proven ability in managing projects and leading teams. Strong analytical skills, especially in HR data analysis. Knowledgeable in core HR components such as payroll and benefits. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
