Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members and contractors. Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency. Maintain quality customer service, handling escalated customer concerns. Conduct regular meetings and store visits to ensure compliance with company policies. Track and analyze activity reports to improve productivity. Design and implement sales strategies and incentives. Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members. Requirements High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Experience in sales management preferred. Degree in a related discipline, such as Marketing or Business. Knowledge of the local market and related local contacts. Technical certifications in the field are desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
