As a Manager for Delivery Solutions Architects (DSA) in the Public Sector, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for post-sales technical strategy and customer success. You will oversee the deployment of complex data and AI solutions, ensuring customer use cases are implemented efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams. You will coach and mentor your team, drive operational excellence, and foster technical innovation while acting as a trusted advisor to senior technical stakeholders. By shaping post-sales strategies, distributing resources optimally, and improving internal processes, you will accelerate customer adoption and usage growth. Accountabilities: • Build, lead, and grow a team of Delivery Solutions Architects for the Public Sector, hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members. • Shape and execute post-sales technical strategies, ensuring use cases go into production efficiently. • Serve as a technical sponsor and thought leader for key customer accounts, engaging with stakeholders up to C-level executives. • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams to align technical delivery with business objectives. • Assign accounts and distribute work across team members to maximize customer coverage and maintain balance. • Maintain team knowledge of the latest technologies, certifications, and best practices to ensure technical excellence. • Contribute to the creation of internal assets, tools, and processes to improve Delivery Solution Architecture effectiveness and consistency. • Monitor customer progress, forecast growth, and address escalations or blockers with cross-functional teams. • Lead programs and initiatives to improve internal processes, operational rigor, and team impact. • Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and ensure ongoing talent development within the team. • U.S. Citizenship (required for Public Sector support). • 7+ years of customer-facing experience with proven delivery in SaaS technologies, data analytics, data engineering, ETL, AI, or machine learning. • Experience building and managing technical post-sales teams, including onboarding and enabling professionals. • Trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding strategic data project delivery decisions. • Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions, use case deployments, and customer growth strategies. • Familiarity with delivery and deployment of data products into production, including roles such as delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner. • Strong understanding of business drivers and big data use cases across industries. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Willingness to travel up to 30% in the D.C.
