This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Client Strategy & Operations based in United States. The Manager, Client Strategy & Operations will help build the post-sale operating model that enables exceptional client delivery, measurable ROI, and sustainable account growth. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with broad cross-functional influence across Client Success, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Growth Strategy. You will architect processes and models that support a growing client base while improving consistency, visibility, and operational efficiency. The role combines strategic problem solving with detailed execution, including forecasting, reporting, lifecycle design, and client insights. You will also identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand account value. This is an opportunity to shape a critical operating function within a fast-growing healthcare environment. \n Accountabilities: Define and build the client delivery architecture required to support a growing client base while maintaining consistent, high-quality execution across accounts. Develop forecasting models for member activation rates, cost savings, and top-line revenue to strengthen planning and demonstrate measurable client and business impact. Leverage AI to automate recurring reporting, client materials, and meeting preparation, including materials used for Quarterly Business Reviews. Partner with Data and Analytics to define the tables, business logic, metrics, and reporting infrastructure required to deliver meaningful client insights. Collaborate with member activation and marketing teams to measure the impact of lifecycle campaigns and program design variables on engagement and outcomes. Partner with pharmacy stakeholders to support drug sourcing strategy and incorporate operational insights into broader client delivery priorities. Work with Growth Strategy to translate post-sale client insights into pre-sale collateral and other materials that strengthen commercial opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through deeper collaboration, including care navigation partnerships that can increase member engagement and create additional account value. Define post-sale communication cadences and establish the appropriate operational model for different client types. Help set cross-functional priorities by translating client needs, analytical findings, and operational challenges into clear initiatives and scalable solutions. Operate as a hands-on strategic partner across teams, balancing long-term process architecture with the detailed execution required to improve the client experience. Requirements: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes, with genuine interest in the healthcare and specialty care landscape. Bring strong data fluency, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable recommendations. Demonstrate fluency and enthusiasm for using AI to innovate, automate processes, and solve operational and strategic problems at scale. Be comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and scrappy environment where priorities evolve and individuals are expected to take ownership. Have exceptional attention to detail and be willing to dive deeply into operational and analytical details when needed to solve problems effectively. Demonstrate confidence communicating with executive audiences, both internally and externally, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Bring strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and areas of expertise. Typically bring 3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and/or operations roles, preferably within high-growth organizations. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, particularly experience navigating complex healthcare operations, analytics, or client environments. Be aligned with a high-ownership, low-ego working style and comfortable contributing in an environment focused on meaningful impact and continuous improvement.
