This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Change Management - REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in overseeing the design of engaging learning experiences that support major business transformations. The focus will be on ensuring user readiness for the adoption of new processes and systems, particularly the rollout of SAP S/4HANA. You will lead and collaborate with a diverse team to create a consistent and impactful learning journey for all users, enhancing their ability to adapt to changes and embrace new practices. The position requires strong governance of learning content development, as well as collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives. The impact of your work will be pivotal in supporting the transformation efforts of the organization. \n Accountabilities Design end-to-end user learning journeys that blend virtual learning sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice to support adoption of SAP S/4HANA. Provide design oversight for the development of learning content, including virtual session materials, self-paced eLearning, simulations, WalkMe-enabled practice, and knowledge checks. Apply adult learning principles and learning experience design best practices to create engaging, effective, and role-based learning experiences. Ensure learning content is role-based and aligned with the Global Blueprint, with Business Unit specific variations developed based on documented business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across learning and Change Management activities. Requirements Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in instructional design or learning experience design. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field. Experience in leading learning design efforts for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Proficiency with eLearning and multimedia authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design methodologies.
