This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Account Management (Enterprise Growth). In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on driving sales and optimizing customer success within our partner's Enterprise Growth Account Management team. Your leadership will not only impact sales targets but will also ensure that customer value and engagement are at the forefront of every strategy. With a collaborative approach, you will foster connections across different functions to support growth initiatives and enhance team performance. Join us and make a difference in shaping customer relationships and driving impactful results. \n Accountabilities Develop and lead a team of ~7 individual contributors to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Build strong cross-functional relationships to help grow the Enterprise Growth Account Management team. Develop and execute tactical account penetration strategies for large enterprise organizations. Define team objectives for achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly targets. Conduct training and coaching of direct reports, tracking and monitoring of team KPIs. Participate in the attraction and hiring of talented team members. Articulate the unique value proposition and how solutions align with the customer’s vision. Manage internal sales processes involving various departments. Oversee budget planning, performance management, and additional assigned duties. Requirements 2+ years leadership experience in enterprise software sales, with 6+ years overall enterprise software sales experience. Proven success in leading an Enterprise sales team. Track record of creating impactful teams and driving them to success. Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Consultative selling experience is highly desirable. Ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
