As a Managed Services Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and telecommunications projects across diverse client environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, multiple vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end delivery of managed services projects, from planning through deployment and close-out. Oversee multiple concurrent projects annually, focusing on network infrastructure services such as SD-WAN, GPON, EIA circuits, and firewall implementations. Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and third-party carriers to ensure seamless project coordination and communication. Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, status updates, process flows, and post-implementation reports. Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful execution. Implement standardized procedures to improve project workflows and overall efficiency. Act as the primary liaison for customer communications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction is maintained. Provide consistent reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders using project tracking tools. Candidates should have: 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, managed services, or related fields. Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-vendor technical projects involving network infrastructure. Deep understanding of networking technologies such as SD-WAN, Ethernet, GPON, firewalls, DSLAMs, and EIA circuits. Experience coordinating with multiple telecom carriers and understanding their operational processes. Proficiency with project management software and internal tracking tools. Strong analytical, documentation, and business process optimization skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities. Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Preferred Skills & Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certification. Experience with enterprise customers and educational institutions. Familiarity with telecom provisioning tools and databases.
