This role is pivotal in enhancing our lifecycle marketing efforts, which are integral to driving both revenue growth and user engagement. With a focus on innovation, creativity, and collaboration with various teams, your contributions will have a substantial impact on our mission to empower low-income Americans. \n Accountabilities Optimizing and driving performance of the lifecycle marketing revenue program - defining strategy, setting channel mix, and driving growth while maintaining strong user engagement. Translate strategy into executional excellence by partnering with marketplace and healthcare teams to run high-performing promotional campaigns across core channels. Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing performance, including forecasting and performance reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners. Build a high-performing creative engine and develop testing frameworks and workflows that consistently deliver new creative winners. Lead rigorous A/B and incrementality testing, using structured analytics to unearth learnings and drive notable improvements in performance. Advance attribution and modeling capabilities to optimize performance and measure the impact of marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketplace, healthcare, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user journeys. Requirements 5-7 years managing lifecycle marketing programs for 500K+ users in consumer-tech companies, particularly mobile apps using a modern CRM tech stack. Deep familiarity with email, push, SMS, and in-app channels with understanding of optimization techniques. Strong grasp of revenue generation strategies and tactics across the customer lifecycle. Proven track record of building systems and playbooks to consistently generate high-performing assets. Exceptional analytical thinker, capable of structuring and executing complex analyses for marketing insights. Clear and persuasive communicator, adept at aligning stakeholders across various departments. Familiar with lifecycle marketing attribution approaches and relationship management skills.
