We are looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training programs. This role is central to driving awareness, compliance, and technical skill development across the organization. You will develop and manage initiatives such as the Security Champion Program, Application Security training, and company-wide compliance education. Working closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, and IT, you’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of proactive cybersecurity engagement. Accountabilities Design, launch, and manage a scalable Security Champion Program across business units, ensuring engagement and effectiveness. Oversee cybersecurity learning initiatives, including application security training for developers and IT professionals. Develop and maintain compliance-based training such as annual privacy, SOX, and SOC2 education in collaboration with HR and Legal teams. Create targeted learning paths and role-based instruction to address specific technical and compliance needs. Coordinate logistics for in-person workshops, seminars, and cybersecurity bootcamps. Establish governance and reporting metrics to evaluate training impact, participation, and compliance performance. Partner with Cyber GRC, Audit, and other internal teams to align learning content with regulatory requirements and audit feedback. Act as a key advocate for cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization. Proven experience in cybersecurity training, awareness, or learning program management. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC2, and ISO 27001. Excellent instructional design and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning content. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in complex environments. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training analytics. Background in organizing live or hybrid training sessions and workshops. Ability to develop, maintain, and update policy or procedural documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred. Certifications such as AVIXA, Q-SYS, PMI, or AQAV are a plus.
