In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of our Managed Services Provider. You will oversee the operational and technical framework of the organization, ensuring alignment of technology strategy with business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing service delivery excellence and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will also play a key role in mentoring teams and managing client engagements to deliver optimal solutions. \n Accountabilities Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business goals. Requirements 8–15 years in IT, MSP, or technology services experience. Prior leadership experience in an MSP or IT services organization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems, cybersecurity, and modern IT stacks. Proven ability to scale teams and enhance operational maturity. Strategic thinker with a strong execution orientation.
