In this role, you will support diverse business management functions within the Technology division. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will contribute to enhancing organizational processes and communications. Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews and engagement activities. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy and budget planning. Create compelling narratives and visual materials for varied audiences. Lead and manage special projects applying best practices in change management. Foster alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency. Maintain strong relationships across teams to support business priorities. Provide informed recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of the business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in executive office operations or related functions. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in developing executive-level communications and presentations. Advanced degree in business or a related discipline (preferred). Familiarity with the financial industry and financial products (preferred). Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments with analytical thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
