Accountabilities • Own the strategy for optimizing revenue-driving events and markdowns. • Lead the development of forecasting models to improve accuracy in client metrics. • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement high-impact revenue strategies. • Build and refine processes to achieve margin objectives across business units. • Partner with Data Science to enhance algorithmic pricing models. • Set performance targets and address business gaps collaboratively. • Design and implement the margin forecasting framework for Merchandising. Requirements • 8-12 years of experience in retail/e-commerce planning or pricing strategy. • Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Looker, or Tableau) for data interpretation. • Proficient in Excel with a basic understanding of Anaplan. • Ability to create data-driven solutions to business challenges. • Strong communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams and leadership. • Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead project execution. • Motivated by the challenge of building innovative strategies.
