In this role, you will oversee complex projects that have significant impact within our partner’s operations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to navigate challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help redefine what’s possible in this dynamic environment. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Lead cross-functional teams for alignment and collaboration. Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any concerns. Support business development and proposal efforts. Ensure adherence to project management best practices. Integrate new technologies to enhance project outcomes. Evaluate capability gaps and propose innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project/program management or military operations. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA). Experience with government and military projects. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and writing skills. Understanding of Electronic Warfare within the DoD. Valid U.S. passport for official travel outside the continental U.S. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $125,100.00 to $225,200.00.
