Translate guest insights into innovative design solutions. Create compelling design concepts through 3D modeling and rendering. Develop designs considering ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing constraints. Collaborate with sourcing and technical design teams throughout development. Mentor junior designers and promote a collaborative team atmosphere. Requirements Four-year degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related field. 5+ years of professional design experience in furniture or related fields. Advanced skills in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks). Strong rapid sketching and visualization capabilities. Deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Ability to apply market research and trend insights effectively.
