This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Data Analyst in the United States. The Lead Product Data Analyst will drive data-informed decision-making across the product organization, providing actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap execution. This role combines hands-on data analysis with leadership, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and QA. You will develop and maintain ETL pipelines, create advanced SQL queries, and design models and algorithms to optimize product performance. Your work will directly influence product enhancements, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This is a highly visible position requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. \n Accountabilities: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to guide product decisions. Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration. Create and refine complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics purposes. Design and implement data models and algorithms to support business objectives. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives and product strategy. Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analysis techniques and best practices. Ensure data quality and accuracy with validation checks and error handling mechanisms. Automate and orchestrate ETL processes using PowerShell, scripts, or similar technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles. Strong expertise in SQL, including complex query writing and performance optimization. Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and data pipeline orchestration. Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and data governance. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members while working independently. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $120K–$150K annually, based on experience and location.
