This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Aspire Software. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Analyst in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape data-driven strategy by building scalable analytics infrastructure that spans multiple product lines. You will go beyond simple reporting, creating reusable data models, dashboards, and visualizations that empower cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions. As a technical and strategic leader, you will translate business needs into actionable insights, drive improvements to analytics systems, and mentor other analysts to elevate team capabilities. Your work will directly influence product decisions and ensure the organization leverages data effectively to achieve its goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, systems thinking, and designing solutions that scale across a complex product ecosystem. Accountabilities: · Architect, build, and maintain scalable and performant upstream data tables and models in Snowflake. · Develop reusable dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to enable business users to access actionable insights. · Apply statistical and analytical tools to interpret complex datasets, providing findings and recommendations to senior leadership. · Partner with stakeholders across product, finance, and engineering to continuously improve analytics infrastructure. · Mentor and lead other analysts, sharing best practices to enhance team quality and efficiency. · Direct and implement solutions for complex, loosely scoped problems, translating business needs into long-term roadmaps. · Bachelor’s degree in a business, quantitative, or related field, with 8+ years of experience as a product or data analyst. · Advanced SQL expertise, including complex queries, functions, optimization, and data modeling in a data warehouse environment (Snowflake preferred). · Strong experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT concepts; hands-on experience with dbt required. · Proven track record building scalable, reusable dashboards and visualizations using BI platforms such as Tableau. · Deep analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail in data collection, organization, and analysis. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical insights to VP-level and executive audiences. · Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability to understand how analytics work connects to broader organizational goals. · Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance workflow. · Preferred: proficiency in Python for data analysis, experience with clickstream data, web applications, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). · Competitive salary range: $151,100 – $202,100 USD, with actual compensation varying by skills, experience, and location. · Annual bonus, equity participation, and holistic benefits package. · Flexible time off and support for autonomous work, learning, and professional development. · Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including company-paid medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401k match, and telehealth services. · Parental leave, fertility services support, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, maternity support, pet insurance, legal advisory, and financial planning tools. · Inclusive and supportive work environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth.
