This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling a high-impact fintech company by optimizing systems and strategies that drive user experience and carrier success. Your leadership will not only shape the automation infrastructure but also influence the strategic direction of the organization as it aims to significantly expand its customer base and revenue. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in achieving ambitious growth targets while contributing to the innovation of a unique marketplace. Accountabilities • Own the systems and strategy behind the quoting engine and automation infrastructure. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance user experience. • Drive critical metrics including loss ratio, retention, and conversion rates. • Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations on performance and strategy. • Scale operations to reach targets of 50M customers and $10B revenue. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Operations Research). • 7+ years of management consulting experience from top-tier firms. • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences. • High standards for excellence and a drive for continuous improvement.
