Requirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline. 7+ years of management consulting experience from top firms. Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach. Excellent communication capabilities with diverse stakeholders. Ability to maintain high standards of performance and accountability.
