This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact enablement programs that drive consistent adoption of sales methodologies and elevate sales performance across a global organization. You will design, implement, and optimize strategic enablement initiatives, including training programs, competency frameworks, and methodology adoption campaigns. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, cross-functional enablement teams, and external vendors, you will measure program effectiveness, report on outcomes, and continuously improve sales execution. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder influence, with an emphasis on leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency. You will have the ability to shape the sales capabilities of the organization, drive measurable revenue impact, and enhance the overall sales culture. This is an ideal role for a commercially savvy, collaborative leader with deep expertise in sales methodology and program management. \n Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and adoption of sales methodology programs to ensure consistent execution and high performance across the Sales organization. Develop and execute enablement strategies, including training programs, learning content, and competency frameworks, to improve sales skills and methodology adoption. Partner with Sales leadership, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and drive measurable revenue outcomes. Manage vendor and consultant relationships for methodology training or specialized enablement solutions, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness, including methodology utilization, seller proficiency, win rates, and sales velocity. Analyze adoption data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement targeted interventions to optimize sales performance. Coordinate cross-functional resources, manage program plans in project management tools, and navigate ambiguity to ensure timely and effective program delivery. Requirements: 4–5+ years of experience in sales enablement within SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments. Deep expertise in sales methodologies, with experience implementing, optimizing, or scaling frameworks such as MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, or Command of the Message. Prior sales experience with a strong understanding of what drives high performance in complex B2B sales. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance program efficiency and output quality. Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience influencing leaders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, including experience measuring program ROI and adoption metrics. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions with incomplete information. Preferred: Experience managing vendor relationships, designing certification programs, or implementing programs across multiple geographies.
