Create sophisticated data synchronization pipelines that ensure data consistency across various systems. Solve complex, high-impact engineering problems and influence strategies to improve product quality. Mentor and develop team members within your department to enhance their skills and contributions. Requirements 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven delivery track record. Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and software architecture. Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API patterns. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence technical roadmaps. Passion for building internal solutions that serve as operational backbones.
