In this role, you will lead core product teams focused on innovative solutions in real estate. Your impact will be seen in project execution and team growth, while actively contributing to coding projects. We seek a dynamic leader who combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to foster collaboration and drive problem-solving within the engineering team. \n Accountabilities Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development. Define project scope and set timelines with stakeholders. Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions. Perform hands-on coding for selected projects. Establish and improve engineering practices and quality standards. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Identify opportunities for process improvements. Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability. Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer. Participate in hiring and career development initiatives. Requirements 6+ years of software engineering experience, with team management. Hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, React, Node.js, MS SQL, AWS. Proficient in software design patterns and modern development practices. Hands-on coding experience within the last year. Proven leadership skills in building productive teams. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions. Problem-solving mindset for tackling technical challenges. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Benefits Competitive salary range of $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
