This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Patient Scheduler - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to enhancing patient care by effectively managing scheduling for home infusion visits. You will work closely with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of service delivery, helping patients receive timely care and support. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. \n Accountabilities Work with Nurse Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches. Complete all nurse assignments for patients and reschedule visits based on patient availability. Coordinate nursing referrals while providing excellent customer service. Monitor communication through emails and other platforms, prioritizing follow-ups. Manage multiple Excel documents to track schedules and tasks. Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding nursing and patient referrals. Investigate issues and provide timely resolutions. Initiate problem-solving approaches and multitask effectively. Ensure accurate data entry in relevant systems. Requirements High School education or GED required. 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience. 3+ years of scheduling experience. High proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required. Proactive work ethic with the ability to work virtually. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
