About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant 3. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the Environmental Brain and Behavior Lab. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the lab through effective communication, strategic planning assistance, and efficient management of multiple projects. You will play a key part in maintaining alignment between the lab's activities and external partnerships, and your contributions will directly impact the lab’s success. This remote opportunity will allow you to showcase your organizational and multitasking prowess while serving a critical function in a dynamic research environment. Responsibilities • Anticipate and manage the Director's professional needs and scheduling. • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents. • Oversee communication related to multi-site laboratory projects. • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences. • Maintain up-to-date CV and assist with faculty promotion processes. • Take and transcribe meeting minutes accurately and efficiently. • Provide strategic support for decision-making and planning. Requirements • High School diploma or GED; vocational training preferred. • 2 years of relevant administrative experience required. • Proficient in spreadsheet, publication, and presentation software. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Experience in financial and human resource systems is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively. • Background check and potential pre-employment physical required.
