In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a dedicated team of COBRA Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The position requires overseeing regulatory compliance and data integrity, while also fostering a collaborative team environment. As a leader, you will mentor team members and drive performance metrics to achieve both individual and team goals. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership with client relationship management in a fully remote setting. Accountabilities • Maintain regulatory compliance with COBRA regulations and Direct Billing service. • Lead, mentor, and train the COBRA team for effective performance. • Act as the primary liaison for employer groups and resolve escalations. • Monitor and manage team performance metrics regularly. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. • Manage client relationships and ensure high-level customer service. • Oversee enrollment and payment processing while ensuring data integrity. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in leadership roles. • Experience in benefits management or customer service preferred. • Strong leadership skills to empower and grow team members. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. • Competency in data processing and management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in using CRM and operational systems.
