This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Key Customers Solutions Architect in United States / Canada. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic AI cloud customers, helping them design, deploy, and scale GPU-based solutions at enterprise scale. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to optimize GPU performance for AI/ML workloads, provide guidance on cloud architecture, and ensure solutions are efficient and scalable. The position combines customer-facing engagement with hands-on technical expertise, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and excels at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. This is a remote-friendly role with flexibility across the United States and Canada. Accountabilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML workloads. Guide clients on optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference, ensuring scalable and reliable integration. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide technical presentations, and promote products. Act as a liaison to product teams, providing customer feedback, relaying feature requests, and ensuring alignment with client needs. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate solutions, manage expectations, and resolve challenges efficiently. Support customer success by delivering architecture recommendations, implementation guidance, and ongoing technical support. 5–10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer with hands-on cloud services expertise. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform and Ansible. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Python programming, and cloud-based GPU workloads. Solid understanding of GPU computing, including ML training, inference workloads, and GPU stacks (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL). Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus. Familiarity with ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous. Strong project management and stakeholder negotiation skills.
