Accountabilities As a Junior Data Analyst, you will: Develop, update, and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to analytical products, metrics, and reporting packages. Map and document security controls and process flows for research and analysis purposes. Organize and maintain a metrics and reporting inventory to support strategic initiatives. Perform ad-hoc analyses that provide insights for decision-making and strategy development. Support automation maturity efforts and assist in researching security platform systems and processes. Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. Facilitate meetings and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: High School diploma/GED with two years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education/experience. Basic experience with programming languages such as Python, R Studio, or SQL. Familiarity working with structured and unstructured data sources. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain analyses, project risks, and technical concepts clearly. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
