In this role, you will lead the technology support operations for a dynamic organization, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and an exceptional user experience. You will manage a team of technical support staff, oversee branch technology and software deployment, and drive process improvements across departments. This position involves strategic planning, project management, and leading change management initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency, support system reliability, and ensure adherence to IT policies. Planning, procuring, installing, and maintaining branch technology and software to meet operational and capital expenditure goals. Overseeing service providers and IT partners to ensure system uptime and adherence to service level agreements. Managing change management processes, including chairing the Change Advisory Board and maintaining process maturity. Collaborating with internal departments to identify opportunities for technology to improve operations and automate workflows. Supporting technology budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. Staying informed on industry advancements to recommend improvements in infrastructure, processes, and team technical skills. Requirements: Candidates should meet the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with 6+ years of management or IT experience, OR Associate Degree with 7+ years of equivalent experience, OR 9+ years in engineering/project management or similar IT role. Proven experience managing technical support teams and IT operations. Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements for on-site visits. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
