This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Product Manager, SFDC & AI in the United States. In this role, you will lead the development and integration of AI-powered solutions within Salesforce and related IT systems, driving innovation across enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. This position offers the opportunity to define strategic product roadmaps, prioritize features, and measure the impact of AI and SaaS solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You will act as a change agent promoting AI literacy and responsible practices while ensuring compliance with data governance and ethical guidelines. Your work will directly influence product adoption, user experience, and overall business value. Accountabilities: Partner with business stakeholders and IT/data teams to deliver new functionality and enhance existing features. Participate in the full product lifecycle: ideation, user research, requirements gathering, and launch readiness. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and compliance considerations. Maintain product roadmap and coordinate adoption of deliverables across functional teams. Ensure AI solutions comply with data governance, risk management, and ethical AI standards. Develop training materials and communication plans to support adoption of AI tools. Promote AI literacy and responsible AI practices across the organization. 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, including 3+ years managing AI-powered products. Experience with Salesforce and CPQ, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver solutions. Proven ability to ideate, launch, and iterate AI/ML-infused enterprise SaaS products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in data-driven, outcome-oriented environments using frameworks like OKRs. Ability to partner with user experience, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful products. BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Additional training in AI product development is a plus. Competitive base salary: $86,200 – $160,000, depending on location and experience.
